I am teaching a new class next year. It is an "Officiating" class. I will be teaching students about officiating baseball, softball, soccer, basketball, etc. Does anyone have any ideas on how to go about teaching this kind of class. It is a first time for our school and I am at a loss right now. Please help me in any way you can.
