David was born in Los Angeles, CA. David has a wife, Amy and 2 children, Jeremy and Rachel. He enjoys outdoor exercise, outings with the kids, eating ethnic food, the NY Times and crossword puzzles. His current teaching assignment is Elementary physical education methods, student teaching supervision, leadership laboratory

He attended schools at UCLA, where he received a B.S., Kinesiology in 1990, MEd. and Teaching Credential in 1991. He attended Ohio State, where he earned Ph.D. in1995 (HPER).
